The company expands its services with a solution aimed at construction sites, industrial facilities, and spaces that need protection during specific periods. Segitop has launched a new temporary security project based on autonomous video surveillance systems. The initiative is designed to protect facilities and grounds during provisional phases, especially when activity has not yet started or there is no permanent security infrastructure.

The solution is primarily targeted at the construction and industrial sectors, as well as occasional projects that require surveillance for a defined period. Potential applications include works pending commencement, industrial premises, land, storage areas, and other locations exposed to theft, intrusion, or vandalism. The service includes security study and engineering for each site, rental and installation of autonomous video surveillance towers, and provision of the necessary security services for the duration the project remains active.

Thanks to its temporary nature, the solution allows both the number of units and the service duration to be adapted to the specific needs of each installation. The towers can be deployed without the need to implement a permanent surveillance infrastructure from the outset. With this new project, Segitop reinforces its commitment to flexible security solutions tailored to the real needs of the construction and industrial sectors, providing protection from the early stages of each initiative.

Every summer, Spain faces one of the greatest threats to its natural heritage: forest fires. High temperatures, drought, and extreme weather conditions increase the risk that a small oversight can become a major emergency, with serious consequences for the environment, infrastructure, and, above all, people.

In this context, prevention plays a fundamental role. Every responsible action, every security measure, and every protocol applied during work in natural environments helps to minimize risks and protect areas of great ecological value.

SEGITOP's relationship with forest fire prevention stems from its own activity. Many of our jobs are carried out in infrastructures located in natural environments, where weather conditions, vegetation, and the use of certain equipment can increase risks.

For this reason, before and during each intervention, we evaluate the conditions of the environment and adapt the work to the existing risk level. We also apply procedures to control the use of machinery and equipment that can produce heat or sparks, have the necessary extinguishing means, and promote the training and awareness of our personnel.

When circumstances require it, we reinforce preventive measures, coordinate actions with facility managers, and adapt or suspend work to ensure safety. Our commitment is to protect people during each intervention, respect the environment, and reduce any risk associated with our activity.

We also want to recognize the work of firefighters, forest brigades, security forces, emergency services, and volunteers who work tirelessly to combat fires and protect our natural heritage.

The Segitop management team traveled to Munich to attend Intersolar Europe 2026, one of the main international meetings of the solar sector, held from June 23 to 25 at Messe München.

This visit allowed the team to broaden its vision of current trends in the sector and continue identifying opportunities that bring reliability, efficiency, and value to its customers.

SEGITOP has successfully completed the execution of the integral security solution for the Crays Hall Farm photovoltaic plant, developed for Greencells and already finalized and connected to CRA.

Located east of Billericay, Essex, UK, the plant occupies an area of 92.6 acres and has an installed power of 39.87MW, contributing to the increase in renewable energy generation in the region.

As the company responsible for the project's security, SEGITOP has designed and implemented a solution adapted to the installation's needs, ensuring the protection of the perimeter and critical assets from its start-up.

One of the most notable aspects of the project has been the execution of a perimetral solution on wooden posts, an alternative that allows maintaining the highest security standards while minimizing the environmental impact and integrating respectfully into the environment.

Participation in Crays Hall Farm reinforces SEGITOP's presence in the international photovoltaic sector and consolidates its experience in developing security solutions for critical infrastructures, accompanying clients like Greencells in protecting strategic projects for energy transition.

Segitop has been the company in charge of executing the security system for Navabuena Solar, one of the four largest photovoltaic plants in Spain. The installation, located in Valladolid, is being built by Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios, S.A. and will have a power of 471 MW.

The company has developed the integral security installation of this strategic infrastructure, bringing its experience in large-scale industrial projects and guaranteeing the protection of a key installation for renewable energy generation.

With this project, SEGITOP continues to strengthen its presence in the energy sector, participating in major national and international infrastructures that require high-level security solutions.

SEGITOP has formalized a multi-year collaboration agreement with a level 1 critical infrastructure operator, whose identity cannot be disclosed due to a confidentiality clause, for the comprehensive protection of its installations distributed in five autonomous communities.

The contract includes perimetral videovigilance, intrusion detection systems, periodic thermography, and incident response with a 4-hour SLA in any point of the Spanish geography. It is the largest contract in SEGITOP's history.

This agreement represents a milestone in the company's positioning in the national critical infrastructure segment, a highly regulated market where reliability and response capacity are the determining factors for selection.
